A&W Restaurant

Love A&W and go often when we have coupons. However tonight was awful. Only 2 employees working on a busy Friday night! The poor girl behind the counter was doing drive thru too and they were busy so food was slow coming out. Only one person cooking and he was trying to keep up.(not blaming him) however when we got home with our order, the fries had been left in fryer too long and were really dark and most were hard so we could not eat them and they tasted funny. Had asked for 4 rootbeers and one was not rootbeer. Not even sure what it was cause it tasted like water! One teenburger was a little well done. So this was a waste as much went in the garbage. Think management should have more people helping on bust nights. Probably won't be going to this one anymore!

I don't mind the food. However, I was there last week and the person who took my order, was sweeping the floor when I arrived. She didn't wash her hands before handling my order. Even though she did not have direct contact with my food, I felt like telling her she should know better. Screening my review will not stop me from complaining about your poor hygiene practices.
