Leon came to change the pulleys and belt on our old Kenmore gas dryer that was noisy. He was punctual, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He went the extra mile to help us replace the stacked unit in place. We highly recommend him.

I went through my IKEA warranty and was matched with Fix Me Appliances — and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The technician was prompt, professional, and incredibly efficient. He showed up exactly when he said he would and communicated clearly every step of the way, which I really appreciated.
Not only was the repair done quickly and properly, but he also went above and beyond by cleaning up afterward and even emptying my recycling as a courtesy — something you don’t see often these days. Truly all-around outstanding service.
