A Hamilton landmark since 1967, the Black Forest Inn has earned the reputation of serving the best in Austrian, German and Continental cuisine. The menu includes Schnitzel selected from six European countries, and during the summer months a "Biergarten" menu is available on the outdoor patio. Chef Wolfgang serves up daily luncheon and dinner specials, and on this web site shares some of his recipes with us.
