Tim Hortons

I have been coming to this location for years and I have to put in my opinion of why this place is so little rated in my opinion. Most of the staff seem to be either quitting or transferring to different stores and its all for the same reason. The management has gone down hill in the past year and its obvious when you are there every morning why this is happening. The manager is very ignorant to her staff and even to some of us customers. I will be contacting the owner and tell him what I and a few others that are with me every morning have witnessed. A professional manager dose not talk about her employees when they are out of ear shot. My friends and I are going to switch to the Larry Utech location where one of our favourite employee has transformed too.

Very clean and neat store.
