This place needs a makeover in the worst way! And a good cleaning. Every time I go there the floor is full of food and dirty as well as the tables. Stains and on ceiling and chipped floor tile. Most of the time the ketchup dispenser is empty. This location has really gone down hill.
I happen to have left my instrument on the floor while I was having a snack at around 1am, and when I realized that I have forgotten it, I called right after I got home (which was 10 minutes later) and the manager said they were busy and said to try coming later. I did, and the McDonalds teams members seemed to have put no effort in even trying to see if my instrument was there or not. I left my contact info with them, but I highly doubt I will get it back.. Very disappointed with how they handled the situation.

Never have I ever experienced this at a Macdonald before. My mcchicken was a puck. when I went to eat it the taste was like it got lost in the back of a freezer for a year and they picked it up and served it to me. Super stale and nasty. :( not very pleased. Wondering if I am going to die from this burger.
I have gone to this one time and time again and they keep getting it wrong. I said the last would be my last time but this will be my last time. Brutal. Order wrong. I was overcharged but I did not ask for my money back. I just wanted my food. They said there were no fries so to wait for 2 min by the bike rack. After 15 my son's mcflury was melting so I left. I could not go back through because it takes about 20 or min to go through in the first place.

They have made many mistakes in the past. They do try the best they can. When I phone and tell you I received the wrong order... Please don't respond that it's "ok"." Someone else has the wrong order because I received a special made order someone else had ordered in case you get another complaint." the response again is "ok". After two customers recieving the wrong orders for sure... It's still "ok". Then again.... This is the fourth time in less than a month for my single order being a mistake. Surely the other four times the other customers were a little upset receiving my order?

Went twice in a week to this McD's...both times the same thing. Order was wrong...old and badly made burger...extremely slow service (9 minutes at the drive thru to get ONE burger..just the burger!) Got a half hearted apology and that was it. I wont be going there again...ever.
it feels like fine dining in there . they should have bathroom attendants serving me mints. the atmosphere made me feel underdressed
with my ice coffee and I was given a new one with out question! Great service.
