Actually she were referred to me by someone and I trusted her I called her regarding my case she said no problem she will charge 5k to take the case i said ok I paid her 3.5 k remaining balance i had to pay on court day
She did not respond to my calls and texts wich is I found out she is rude person you should answer ur clients who would do that
( she would respond to calls and txt msgs before she get paid after that good luck)
Im just here to help others in my situation please stay away from this place they will charge you for nothing waste of money and time Anyway my court date was coming up and now she wanted more money unknown numbers I lost my case i do believe she did not help at all and did not appear on court date otherwise I could go with different lawyer who could help so disappointed
If u could not help or do the work why you took my case why you charge me that amount of money ( I guess for paper printing)
I hope you can learn little bit from this story to get better

I recently worked with Steven Bercek on a matter that involved three different parties, and he and his team (thank you Natalie) handled everything so well and efficiently.

Even when issues came up from the other sides, they stayed on top of it and kept things moving.

Plus, they pulled off a quick turnaround on short notice.

It was such a relief after dealing with another law firm (representing the elderly person in this matter) that was the complete opposite. We actually had to fire them.

I recently dealt with Lawyer Sina Naiboli and his paralegal Lori Pelletlier. It was the worst experience I have ever had. He is incompetent and inexperienced. I had to follow up for filled court orders multiple time. Court orders made in June, 2025 was filled in August, 2025. My F8 financial that I provided in April, 2025 were filled in July, 2025 on the day of our JJC. I have been asking for my file to be transferred to new law from for past 3 weeks and keep increasing my fee. His assistant Lori threatened me with legal action.

We recently sold our family home of 32 years and purchased a home on Vancouver Island for our retirement. DBM Law took care both transactions and made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. I can't say enough about the team and how well they handled everything for my wife and I. Special shout out to Steven Bercek as he was our face to face person that went over all of the documents with us. It's obvious that he has a lot of experience and explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions that arose. He definitely made us feel at ease. We would highly recommend this law firm!
