The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were huge. My server was Livi and she was absolutely AMAZING. She was so friendly and welcoming and made me feel right at home. Her customer service skills were FANTASTIC!!! Thank you so much for the fantastic experience Livi! I so appreciate you. I think that every restaurant should have a Livi!!

One of our favourite places to get fresh bread and bagels.Also a good selection of low sugar brownies. My son is a selective eater and this place will always have something for him. The staff are accommodating and kind.

I would like to commend the staff a the GM (Leila) who took over the order to ensure (Dom who is a Red Seal chef) put together an incredible platter with deliver to Oshawa.

Being located near Bathurst and Shepherd, it was quite a task for them to put together and have it delivered so far away.

However, they stepped it up and created an amazing platter for my friends with bagels, lox, cream cheese, and the platter was fresh, high quality and delicious.

I placed the order and was extremely happy with the result.

Great waitress Joyce. Good bagel sandwich. However, I bought two, cheese and fruit danish desserts. They looked great, but terrible in reality. They have the cherry and blueberry filling at the ends and you think it is all the way through, but nothing in the middle. Bait and switch if I have ever seen it. Shameful.

My family and I have always enjoyed breakfast at your bakery and truly appreciate the excellent food and friendly staff.
However, a couple of Saturdays ago my 83-year-old father and I had an upsetting experience. While waiting for our fresh Baggett, a kind waitress let us sit at a small table in the nearly empty dining room. 30 seconds later, the head waitress (long dark hair) told us to leave immediately once she learned we were not dining in.
We complied and waited by the entrance until the cashier noticed and offered us a chair, but by then the moment was spoiled.

I share this feedback because we value your bakery and want to continue coming with our family, hoping all guests feel welcome as we usually have in the past.

I have been a customer of bagel plus since it opened. It like cheers except instead of beer you get amazing bagels. The staff donna,Michelle, and lobby the very best. The service always personal efficient. The variety of food fresh and delicious. Every Wednesday we are there for the mushroom barley soup.

Went with extended family for lunch. Tried chicken an waffle meal quite common in U.S. southern region, for first time ever. More tasteful than I would have expected of a Jewish bagel restaurant in Toronto, ON, though not huge fan of sauce on top of meal plate but was ok overall.

We go to this neighborhood bagel bakery fairly often. They have the menu posted up on the wall and it’s been pretty much the same for many years. There is a new ish ) kale salad but we particularly like two items, the number one being the daily soup. Try the cabbage on Sunday, and whenever the potato is offered give it a go. All dishes are dairy, kosher style, and baked goods are excellent. The onion buns are a family favorite with onions on top and inside. Of course there are bagels, Toronto style , and very nice. I always get the whole wheat bagel toasted with a scoop of tuna salad. Not precisely a bagel to an exMontrealer but truly delicious. Many old world dishes are available as well.

Usually about once a week i drive out of my area to buy poppy-seed bagels and rye bread at Bagel Plus. They also have many other varieties of bagel - multi-seed, sesame seed, everything, and more. They sell regular, small and extra large bagels all of which are crusty on the outside and tasty on the inside. Bagel Plus also is a very popular restaurant for eat with a loyal following in although I have not done so as yet. It is also take-out counter which my family enjoys and has been . Breakfast is a treat to enjoy.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. I came here with a few friends for brunch and had one of my best breakfasts ever. I ordered the Greek omelette with an everything bagel, and shared a few desserts. Everything was fresh and tasty. The rugelach was one of the best I've had! (right behind Marzipan in Jerusalem) The staff was so welcoming and you feel like you're having breakfast in your zayde's kitchen. I will be back!
