Just went through the drive thru and this was easily the most pathetic Tim Horton's experience I've ever had. 25 mins in the drive thru line and 6 people working behind the counter laughing and having a fabulous time while the line up went out the parking lot. We asked for 3 different types of donuts before we hit on one they actually had, no choc chip muffins but wasn't told that until I had already paid for it and asking for my money back was like I had asked for the impossible. Surprised they were able to give me my double double. Heaven forbid they actually realize they originated on donuts and coffee. If your looking for Customer Service,,, keep looking.

Went there for 1st time this year, they totalled messed up my order, my daughters order and the lady behiind us as well. My daughter ordered 2 wraps, only got one,then while they were making 2nd one, a guyn that works there gave her wrap to the lady who ordered chicken salad sandwich. It was kinda funny cuz the lady ate it then went and asked where here sandwich was. I ordered a turrkey sandwich on brown and got a turkey sandwich on a 12 grain bagel???
