Airplus is one of those companies that truly cares about the customer. They have this great $0 diagnostic service! Why should I have to pay a technician to come out to my home and tell me something is wrong with my air conditioner...I already knew that.
They came to my home two weeks ago because I wasn't getting any cold air. They told me what had to be done to solve the problem and how much it would cost. It was ultimately my decision to go ahead with the job eventhough they came out at no charge.
The technicians were super polite and knowledgeable. I will keep on using Airplus! I love their approach.
