I should of known and checked the bag. I ordered onion rings with a teen burger and got fries. Plain unsalted, no ketchup in the bag fries. Limp and tastless

I just ordered a teen, onion ring and a rootbeer combo at 19:09pm at store #577 when I got home my bag was leaking all over my seat with grease my onion rings looked like they had been re deep fried over, and my bun on my burger was hard, not a good experience at all, I have never had this experience from here I wouldn't even rate it, the only thing that was good was the root bear

While our commitment to having the best tasting food hasn't changed, our restaurants are dramatically different than they were in the drive-in days. As our customers' needs for convenience and faster service grew, our restaurants changed to meet those needs. The drive-ins of the 60's have been replaced by contemporary free-standing restaurants with drive-thru service. We've also grown in to new locations that are more convenient for our customers.
