No one at the counter. The girl working behind was busy reading from what I could see and did not even acknowledge me. I waited about 30 seconds. I said hello. She didn't even lift her head. I said it again at which time a gentleman walked up to counter at the front as I was on the side closest to the employee and she finally looked up and went to serve the man. I said hello I was here first and she said one minute and proceeded to help the other customer. I said I guess you don't want my business and walked away.
If you are going to hire young girls to work there, make sure they are trained and know how to speak to people with respect. Definitely never going there again besides the prices are ridiculous,

So much for Canadians being polite!
At the airport at May 27, 2015 at 4:30 am and asked for coffee. The counter service girl asked if I wanted small or large? I jokingly said, "oh, no medium?"
Her reply was very sarcastic saying, " I would have said it if there was, wouldn't I?"
After saying that she stared at me. I took a small coffee, she walked away muttering something. Not sure what she said but did hear the word coffee.
I thought she was extremely rude and that was uncalled for. If she dislikes the job she shouldn't be there.
