I have nothing but amazing things to say about Heinrichs! - I got braces at 18 and they made sure I understood everything every step of the way! Dr. Heinrichs personality and knowledge is outstanding and he makes you not feel nervous about the whole process!

I recently had to get my wire fixed and the staff are absolutely LOVELY every time I come in and Janet even remembered me from 7 years ago!

I'm so grateful that this is where I decided to get braces! I wouldn't change a thing! :)

I have been a regular patient of this clinic for about a year now. The clinic is always spotless and organized. The atmosphere is peaceful. This is the absolute best orthodontist and team, seriously. I'm an anxious person and a worrier when it comes to medical things. But doctor Heinrichs and his team are personable, compassionate, respectful, gentle and treat you with dignity. I don't feel anxious when I go to appointments, and doctor Heinrichs really knows what he's doing, I think this man could perfect a smile in his sleep. You're in good hands here, what more could you ask for in a clinic and orthodontist?!

A bit about my current treatment:
I'm 22, female with a class III bite and a moderately recessed maxilla. After extensively reading reviews and talking to people, I selected Heinrichs orthodontics. Honestly, I was like "How is anybody going to fix the problem I have?". I'm nowhere near done my treatment but this man has seriously done some amazing things for me, to the point where I've had people ask me when I'm getting my braces off because they look so straight and so much better now!!! If you need an exposure and bond, wisdom teeth removal and orthognathic surgery like I do, the people he recommends you to are absolutely amazing as well!! Like I'm floored with my experiences!

Every person at Dr Heinrich’s office is amazing. Great with kids. Dr Heinrich’s is great at explaining the treatment plans and answering questions.

My daughter now has beautiful teeth. She loves looking at her teeth in the mirror because they are so different from when we started. The staff at Heinrichs are super nice and patient. We enjoyed our visits, which were quick and informative. They were also fun because we got new colour bands each time. It all went by so fast. Thank you!
