Super happy with our 410 watt panel! We bought new mc4 connectors as well and experienced good communication throughout the process

I purchased an item on their website, they sent me a different item. Do to inaccurate information on the website I requested a full refund and Ron Henshaw refused to issue. Instead he accused me of fraud and insulted me when I filed a complaint. Stay away from this company!

Brooke and his team went above and beyond to get my system up and running. I would suggest to anyone that is installing any type of system that has nothing to do with "hydro" or Trudo if you get what I'm saying. Trust this man,he is what he says he is,and more! Great guy, and in my opinion as a contractor myself, he will have my business as long as he is in the business.

Had an amazing experience with Unplugged Power Systems. Brooke is extremely knowledgeable and provided amazing customer service. They went out of their way to help. You can’t go wrong if you choose them for your power needs!

Would you would deal with them ?
Everyone makes a choice on how to 1/ Operate their business and 2/ Whether you would choose to do business with them.
Ads were placed on a popular online site stating they had used 100 aH batteries and I needed 7 to do what I needed to do.
The company was contacted and there were no batteries available but they getting more the following week ... GREAT !
We agreed via both voice and email that I would place a 20% CASH deposit down for the 7 batteries and they would have them next week.
The Next week came and no batteries but they would be definitely getting them the following week. OK ... Not what i was told but things happen and I get it.
Followed up the following week and still no batteries ! To which the response was "Well - not sure when we will be picking some up ... We're busy etc etc"
I was going away for two weeks at that time so we agreed that I would wait once again and that they would email me when the batteries were obtained.
I received an email on the Tuesday telling me they had 7 batteries ... were holding them and I could pick them up upon my return.
I emailed back ... GREAT back on Thursday and will pick them up on Friday.
Thursday ... I received additional communication from them telling me that they sold 4 of the batteries to someone else and that there were now only 3 batteries available for me but that would be OK because they were getting more in.
So ask yourself ... Search those memory banks ...
Have you EVER heard of a company that has taken an order ... Had down payment placed and accepted on the order to be fulfilled ... Told you that your order was completed, in stock, reserved and available for pick-up.
Then sold part of your order ?
As I said we all make choices ...
A business owner can choose to operate in any manner they deem fit and in all my years ... I have NEVER heard of or experienced anyone selling part of a customers order after taking deposit to fulfill the contract - telling the customer the order was complete and waiting for pick-up and then selling part of the customers order.
So ... I choose to write this review to tell people about my experience on how they conduct business.
Now ask yourself ... Based on my experience would YOU Choose to do or chance doing business with a company that offers that type of customer service.
