Somatic Matters

I've practiced bodywork therapy for 40 years, since 1985. After trying many modalities, I've found Aston-Patterning to be the most effective hands-on experience. While training with Judith Aston, I also became certified in CranioSacral Therapy under John Upledger. That helped me become a better Aston-Patterner. I love that both approaches are deep, tender and yet surprisingly effective. These two modalities are the most evocative of all the disciplines I've tried and I whole-heartedly believe they can help you feel lighter, freer, and more at home in your body, too.
