Michelle Bailey was amazing to work with. She worked hard to find us a house that would fit our family and work all hours to answer my multitude of questions. I highly recommend Michelle, and will be working with her for any future purchases or sales!!!
Just bought a house with the help of Michelle Bailey, she understood my needs, what kind of house i want and suggested accordingly. Best part is she found me the one in my budget and i would highly recommend everybody to go with her for your house hunt.

A "hit and miss" kind of real estate agent. Sometimes she responds to questions about a listing and sometimes not. Seems rather lazy, doesn't usually photograph yards or basements (for example) for her own listings.Doesn't seem very friendly (which counts for a lot imo) and not someone that I would recommend in this area of the province.😕
We had to push back the closing date on our home as she did not qualify her buyer properly. The client she brought to purchase a home we extensively renovated, destroyed the home and a fugitive set it in fire during a police standoff. Our previous neighbours have now been subject to loud music and apathy when it comes to damage done by trees along the property line. A very disorganized realtor who works with questionable clientele.
