The Ivory Peacock Bar is an elegantly designed cocktail bar in the heart of Manhattan with the largest selection of Gin in the the US. We offer specialty cocktails across our three bars, along with a selection of fine wines, champagnes and beers from our award winning bartenders. Our food program is carefully curated by Executive Chef Grayson Altenberg, a 4 year alum of a 3* Michelin restaurant, serving delightful, shareable bar food. We are open seven days a week and we gladly accept walk-ins. Reservations for tables and Emerald Bar seats are available on OpenTable. For our speakeasy cocktail lounge bar (Ploume), reservations can be made thru our website.
