We specialize in intelligent, injury-aware movement and Pilates for women navigating midlife, menopause, and beyond. In addition to group classes, we offer private Pilates lessons in a separate, dedicated private room for personalized attention. Our beautiful studio features a welcoming wellness atmosphere, complimentary coffee and our favorite matcha, and serene mountain views-creating a space where you can move, recharge, and feel supported at every stage of life.
