I called about issues I was having with my Furnace on a Saturday. Brent was able to analyze the issue and advise me of the repair that was needed. He ordered the parts and came out on the following Tuesday to replace the part needed. The whole process was quick and very easy to deal with. Brent very professional and answers all of my questions. Purcell Heating and Air is Highly Recommended.

Brent was very patient and helped us find the best solution to replace our baseboard heaters. He suggested the Daikin mini split heat pump and after researching other brands we realized he had come up with the best unit. It was installed last week, and is up and running and we are very happy with it. The unit can be monitored from anywhere through the mobile app and most importantly it heats up the house really nicely. Looking forward to having the cooling in the summer.
