We are weight-inclusive, Health at Every Size® (HAES®) aligned dietitians who specialize in eating disorders & disordered eating. We support our clients by creating a safe space for them to tune into their inner wisdom, find compassion for themselves, and nourish their bodies to enhance their quality of life. We work in partnership with our clients to reframe the concept of health and adopt self care strategies that support all aspects of their well being.
