Founded in 2020 by the Raines family (John Raines Jr., Sr., and Jolene Raines – the “Triple JR” namesakes), the company provides end-to-end land services: they clear heavily wooded land down to the roots (trees, brush, stumps removed), perform precise grading and earthmoving, demolish and haul away unwanted structures, and trench for utilities like water and power.
