I went through the Drive Thru and placed my order, I received the food fairly quickly and the food was what I had ordered and was hot, that was good. But I had requested my receipt for the food for my work receipt and the guy at the window didn't have his printer turned on, so after 15 minutes of printing out receipts the manager came and told me that the printer had broken down and so that is why they couldn't give me my receipt, even though it had just printed out the past 3 hours of receipts and tried to explain that they probably won't be able to print a receipt as it was probably broken when I was sitting there, that is oviously BS, as at times they tried to bring receipts up that were not mine, and I could hear them laughing behind the wall talking about this person needing a stupid receipt, so if it had broken down they should have told me that at first and not just try and get rid of me by giving me a excuse. It was not my fault that the guy didn't have his machine turned on, and to make up a story doesn't make it any better, they should have just admitted that they didn't have the machine turned on and so we can't give you a receipt. They finally managed to give me the order receipt of the special request I had, but they couldn't find the debit receipt. They should have just been honest and I would not be upset, but since they made up a story now I am upset with them.
