I finally found my plumber for life. I can’t say enough good things about Prodigy. Quality was top-notch. Communication was great (I was doing a DIY bathroom install too, so Steven really went above and beyond in communicating to me what I had to do etc…). Overall, they are the most professional plumbers I have ever dealt with and I can’t think of anything that could be improved. Plus, their pricing was very reasonable! Do yourself a favour and stop looking around for other plumbers. These are your guys!

Prodigy Mechanical did an excellent job. From start to finish, the experience was professional and seamless. The owner, Steve, has outstanding communication and made sure everything was clearly explained and handled properly.

The installer arrived right on time and completed the work efficiently while maintaining a very high standard of workmanship. This job was for one of my very elderly clients that had an unfortunate pipe leaking. Prodigy Plumbing performed a retro-fit to our existing water supply lines in February 2026. The technician communicated the game plan clearly before initiating any work. The new supply lines were run with organized precision. Once the installation was mostly installed, the final connection into the pre-existing water supply was performed. We had minimal household water shifting and down time during final connection of the new lines. We are super happy with the final work. Everything was left clean and tidy. We would definitely use the service again.

Steve with Prodigy has done a lot of work for us on numerous projects, every single time he’s been solid. Shows up when he says he will, communicates clearly, and the quality of his work is top notch.

What really stands out is how he treats his customers. Steve genuinely cares, goes above and beyond, and has helped us out more times than I can count. It never feels like “just another job” to him.
