Dr. Jeffrey E. Baylor joined The Ear, Nose, Throat and Plastic Surgery Associates in 1999 and focuses his practice on adult and pediatric otolaryngology and voice disorders as well as head and neck, sleep disorders, thyroid and endoscopic sinus surgeries. He is board certified by The American Board of Otolaryngology and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Baylor is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, the Florida Medical Association and the Florida Society of Otolaryngology.
