Ready for a new path, Haim joined Ellman's Department Store, where his passion for fine goods earned him rapid promotions from Silver to Fine Jewelry to Diamond Sales in his first week. This marked the beginning of H&A International Jewelry. The company opened in a Buckhead office, accessible only through referrals and VIP cards. Fast growth led to a move to its current Dunwoody headquarters and later a second location in Oklahoma City. Through every stage, the mission has stayed the same: offer exceptional diamonds at the lowest possible prices, educate customers honestly, and deliver unmatched service.
