Dr. Charles J. Taunt, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement at Michigan Orthopedic Center in Lansing. A Detroit-area native, Dr. Taunt earned his DO from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences and completed his residency at St. John Oakland Hospital, followed by an adult reconstruction fellowship at the University of Chicago. He treats complex joint issues including component loosening, infection, instability, and metal hypersensitivity.
