I purchased a Ford 'Terror' 4R75 Transmission from Twisted Torque/Trans Depot. Following installation, the transmission began generating metal particles that fouled sensors, caused consistent faults and indicated clear issues in under 250 miles. I contacted them and worked with their warranty department to resolve. Warranty terms state they don't pay for return shipping to/from which amounted to roughly $1000. I elected to breakdown the transmission myself as I suspected there were corners cut. NONE of the upgraded parts which would allow the transmission to hold up to the rated horsepower (800+) they advertise were present. They would not refund or send me what I paid for. They did agree to send me the parts I proved were missing after I signed a warranty closure statement. DO NOT buy a transmission from Twisted Torque/Trans Depot. Profit over integrity and your personal safety.
