At Conscious Psychiatry, we provide thoughtful, personalized mental health care rooted in evidence-based mindful medication management and a collaborative, holistic approach. Led by Jordan Gough, PMHNP-BC, our practice specializes in women's mental health, ADHD, OCD, PMDD, depression, anxiety and appreciate the impact hormones have on mental health, offering perinatal and postpartum psychiatry as well as perimenopause and menopause support. We prioritize accurate diagnoses, shared decision-making, and finding the minimum effective dose to reduce side effects and medication burden. We partner with therapists, offer lab testing and supplement guidance, and empower patients with clarity, compassion, and confidence in their treatment.
