I dont know how I missed all of the bad reviews when making reservations, however, we were under the gun since our points were running out of time and we had to book something or lose the points.

Well starting with the furniture, just as in 2006 it was dated nothing has changed, I think.
The same furniture is still standing, and somebodies pushy grandma arranged it alll with the BIG sofa facing the wall and and NOT the television, so we did a bit of furniture moving.

Any 3 star motel that I have been in advertising WI FI had it available to the very last room. At Holiday Parks i had to sit on a chair on top of our balcony table to get a LOW signal, oh and my toe had to be touching the bar b q grill. Five Stars means wi fi available anywhere you go in the resort or advertise it as LIMITED wi fi.

Their is an inadequate amount of lounge chairs around the swimming pool and no cushions so you get to lay on hard wood, which I imagine only John McCain wouldve enjoyed after his POW stint in Vietnam.

You cannot walk around the pool because the lounge chairs are set up close to the poolside, but that may be a positive thing because the surface around the pool is soooo rough you cannot walk on the pool deck without flip flops. Our two year old tripped and fell caused abrasions that bothered her for the rest of the day, crying everytime she was touched on her knees. The pool deck is separated and crudely patched with cold asphalt.

Look, if you are looking for a nice RV resort and you are over 70 years old this place may work for you otherwise if you are a family that wants to have fun and sometimes be a fun noisy family STAY AWAY or the mean stares of stiff upper lip pensioners will make you as uncomfortable as they possibly can.

This is NOT a family friendly resort. It is a glorified trailer park.

Duck Lake is a duck lake for ducks only so fuhgetaboutit!! The lake is NOT a feature that should be advertised or the fact that it is poop infested should be disclosed from the start.

The staff hasnt the foggiest idea of what is happenning where or how the facilities operate. We asked 3 staff members regarding the Canada Day celebration NOBODY knew a thing. I asked a staff member about the sauna and how to use it and she demonstratively displayed how inconvenienced she was by the question but knew nothing about it anyway.
