Hey, bagel-lovers - you don't need to go to New York for a mouth-watering schmear. Mattoon, Illinois is better known as the Bagel Capital of the World, and every year we honor that title with Bagelfest. But before you can come celebrate the best breakfast food with us, you'll need the right footwear. Our local Shoe Sensation, located at 144 Dettro Drive, has the kicks you need for navigating our annual fest. From Adidas and Converse to Under Armour and Vans, our staff is happy to help you from the moment you step through our door ... and maybe point you to some cream cheese recommendations on your way out. Once you're laced up, you're ready to eat one (or five) of the 60,000 bagels that are consumed in town every festival.
