Would never hire Delco again. While the company appears solid, the sub-contractors for the most part failed. What was agreed as a 5-week, $20K project turned out to be over 5 months and over $30K. The quartz counter-top had to be ordered 3 times. The plumbing inspection failed the first time around. The electricians were a gong-show that did damage that included wrecking my front door lock and falling through my attic into living quarters. My entire main floor ceiling needed to be repainted due to a plumbing faiilure. I caught one of the subcontractors using my laundry for his work clothes and construction dropcloths. I was very concerned about getting someone well experienced in installing steamrooms. Delco ended up having to do two electrical upgrades to get the right steam generating system in (this meant ripping out portions of walls on 3 floors and patching/repainting as new wiring was put in place).

There always seemed to be a good excuse for the continual mistakes, oversights and mis-steps on the project. But how many things can go wrong on an ensuite bathroom renovation??? Apparently very very many.

Not enough words here to express level of dissappointment.
