Very disappointed with their service. Yesterday they informed the exchange rate and I asked for their account number to make the transfer, but after that they completely stopped responding. When I followed up today, they refused to honor the rate they had given and said it would now be based on today’s price. This is very unprofessional and unreliable behavior. I would not recommend dealing with them if you expect honesty and commitment to their word.

I called them on the phone, i was told the exchange rate from USD to CAD is 1.38; i drove to them and when i went there they offered me lesser rate (1.375) although she confirmed it is 1.38 twenty minutes ago on the phone. I had other nearer shops offering the same rate of 1.375; but i drove extra 20 minutes to be scammed.
