In November 2015 I experienced excruciating pain in my lower back due to a herniated disc. I was totally incapacitated. Then I was recommended to New Age Rehabilitation. They examined the MRI I had and said that surgery was not necessary and that I could overcome my condition with therapy and exercise - and they were absolutely right. I started out with acupuncture and traction and I also purchased a yoga ball for physio exercises at their recommendation. (I also had a thorough interview with the chiro and had some gentle manipulation done). Within 2 months I was able to walk easily, and my posture was even better than before.
I owe my improvement to the incredible professionals at the clinic, from the acupuncturist ( the best I have encountered) to the chiropractors, and physiotherapists.They are caring and excel at what they do. Even the reception is accommodating and customer oriented.
I continue to go to the clinic for Maintenanne every month and feel better than I have in 15 years and I attribute this to New Age entirely.

I did my physiotherapy done at the New Age after a motor accident. I was not at all satisfied. I live in Brampton. So they promised, they will give me the cost of my travel. But they didn't . I wanted to change the physiotherapy place. But my lawyer, Kariati Law, insisted to stay on here because of their proper paper works. They got thousands of dollars from the insurance company . But I was charged 2000 dollars stating that the insurance company didn't approve that amount.Now I am having physiotherapy treatment at the ST Michaels Hospital .

Nice facility space! Very clean. The chiropractors, Physiotherapist and Massage therapy is also quite nice. However, the low rating is due to horrible behaviour and the way they handle their clients. If they had better bed manner maybe the rating would have at least been a 2! Not professional what so ever! The billing and secretaries have no idea what their doing. I wouldn't refer anyone to this poorly managed clinic. Very rude and overall if I was able to give them a 0 I would.

I have been coming to new age recovery for 4 months now since my car accident. Not only have they made my neck and back feel better, but the staff are wonderful. Weird to say, but I feel at home when I am there. It's like they have become family. They care about my needs and and my feelings, and are always considerate. I recommend this place to everyone :)

I was in a motor vehicle accident in 2002 which left me with a number of injuries, ranging from some minor to others which were debilitating. This was, of course, long before the roll out of the legislation which put into effect the Minor Injury Guideline. Following my accident, I was a patient at New Age Recovery for about a year. They offered me physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic adjustments, plus transportation to and from the clinic. All of these services were covered by my insurance company. In 2013, I was involved in another motor vehicle accident. This time, after the introduction of the MIG. The difference was night and day. I, again, attended at New Age for physical therapy. My insurance company deemed my injuries “minor,” and so placed me within the confines of the MIG, limiting my coverage to $2,200 for 12 weeks (even though I had pre-existing conditions as a result of my first accident and should have been placed outside the MIG). I was offered only physiotherapy and exercises for one hour in length; no massage acupuncture or transportation was allowed by my insurance company. I tried it for 2 weeks and I did not feel I was getting better, and I didn’t have money to pay for extra treatments that I needed out of my pocket. I had no choice but to hire a lawyer who was actively involved in my case and made sure I received an adequate amount of therapy. I would like to thank New Age for cooperating with my lawyer and helping me to get better.

I was hit by a car as a pedestrian and my doctor recommended my to new age recovery. First off the physio doctor (dr. Kerr) asked the nurse to set me up with massage and chiropractic to which she said I was not covered (which I found out later was incorrect). So in essence I was denied the treatment I was entitled to. I was told by my doctor they pick you up and drive you home, this happened one out of the several times I went. I still don't understand why some people are driven in and others are not. When my ultrasound results came back my doctor called me to say the results fell within a normal range. I told this Dr. Kerr and for him this was enough the clinic never bothered to access the results themselves. Dr. Kerr accessed me on my first visit and I had barely any communication or treatment from him afterwards. I would just go into the clinic do my exercises then be hooked up to the machine, with no contact with the physiotherapist. I complained to the doctor who referred and she called the clinic on my behalf. After that my treatment was better for one visit but then went back to the way it was. Dr. Kerr was also somewhat odd in his comments in my assessment, he thanked me for shaving my legs which I found unprofessional and sexist. He also said he could "throw me through the roof with pain" if he was firmer with his manipulation. I don't think he's a bad guy but it made me feel uncomfortable. Then I needed my forms faxed to the insurance company which were 6 pages double sided. The secretary faxed my forms but only one side. I called to complain and left a voicemail, no one returned my call. Called back days later was told by the secretary I could not speak to doctor Kerr. Doctor Kerr called me back but I was unable to answer. Called back several times to no avail. Finally spoke with the manager Inga who at first was quite defensive and said she wished I had complained earlier in my treatment. When I told that my doctor complained previously on my behalf she became less defensive and apologized for the poor treatment I received. I still have pain and still need treatment but do not trust new age to provide me care. I feel they care more about money than giving care.

Hurt my knee a year ago and the wonderful staff and their resources truly helped me get back to normal. The physiotherapy works wonders while the acupuncture does its job well. The staff is more than kind, always looking out for their patients as well as trying the hardest to help. Also is located at a great, convenient location that is not a far drive from my house. I have been through two surgeries and both times I went to New Age Recovery to help speed my healing process.

I was pedestrian hit by a car and was referred to New Age Recovery by my friend who was getting treatments at New Age and was very happy. I'm attending this facility for several months and would strongly recommend this place to unfortunate victims of car accidents. All medical staff is very attentive,pleasant and professional. I was involved in a very serious motor vehicle accident in October of 2010, I was transferred to North York General Hospital, number of of x-rays were done, that showed no fractures. I was discharged after 4 days in the hospital with big list of very strong pain killers; however I was getting worst and not better.
After the discharge, I was assessed thoroughy by the medical team at New Age Recovery, proper x-rays were done, and sent to one of the best chiropractic radiologist in the country for intepretation. The professor in his report pointed out on every little thing that was wrong with me, and one of the major problems was neck instability which caused dizziness,vertigo, vomitting, and OTHER VERY UNPLEASANT THINGS If it was not for New Age Recovery, and their caring and helpful medical staff, I am sure, I would still be in denial that nothing wrong with me and on painkillers.

Yes, the services were not free, however without those tests and assessments, I would never know what is wrong with me.

After being involved in a terrible car accident which left us terribly injured, my wife and I went to 3 rehabilitation clinics before being referred to New Age. Unlike the other clinics, the staff, Doctor's, therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists and Director were extremely professional, friendly and helpful to us.

The owner, Tina Lubman is extremely helpful not only in the healing process but also very helpful and knowledgeable with any other concerns that you may have with regards to your accident and injuries. She is always there to assist her patients and provides the outmost respect and care for them. She treats each and every patient as though they are her only care. We would definitely recommend New Age to everyone!

I was a patient at New Age for over a year and they really helped me to recover from a nasty accident. I could not thank enough girls at reception, doctors, massage therapists and everyone else except one person - owner, Tina.

As a clinic operator she was more than helpful but I could not stand her as a person. Several times I witnessed how she screamed on top of her lungs at employees and even patients. THAT IS JUST WRONG!!! You have NO RIGHT to yell at others unless you're their family. All these people are professionals providing their services for a monetary return. They're not slaves! I am writing this and feel enraged again... God!!!

Another thing, she tried to make me come to treatments when she felt like I should come. News flash, Tina - I am an adult, have family, work and tons of other activities in my life, and more than capable managing my time.

She definitely needs to learn some manners and social etiquette before opening her mouth.

Sorry for the rant but I always speak my mind and once again the clinic and the staff are great but please avoid Tina Lubeman and if she ever tries to raise her voice at you - tell her where to go straight up!

Tina Lubman and her staff have been nothing short of incredible throughout my entire experience with New Age Recovery and Wellness Centre. My husband and I were involved in a very serious car accident in Florida, and since our arrival back home, Tina and her staff have helped me on the road to recovery. Her facilities are state-of-the-art, and her staff are friendly, always willing to help, and very kind. Tina takes a very hands-on approach to set up programs and appointments that are geared specifically towards each patient's individual needs. She is ALWAYS at the office, and always accessible by phone, at any hour of the day or night. I never thought that I would be able to get through the effects of the accident, but with Tina's help, and the help and dedication of her wonderful staff, I am doing much better. I continue to go for rehabilitation and treatments, and thank her and her staff for everything they have done for me.

I was in an accident and I was referred by a friend to this treatment centre. The staff are all friendly and understanding of your individual needs. I continue to receive treatment at this rehabilitation centre and the service is excellent. I would recommend it to anyone.

I have been attending this clinic for over a year now and have received great service. The drivers are punctual and friendly. The clinic itself is clean, equiped with state of the art equipment and portrays a friendly and professional atmosphere. The doctors are knowledgeable and are willing to go above and beyond. Tina is a great person and manages a fantastic business. I trust them and have recommended them to my family and friends.

Let me just say first and for most as someone who works on the legal side of game,
I would only trust Tina with my clients, she would never EVER abuse the system. Trust me people Tina is highly respected even with AB adjusters she treats each and every client like they were her own family. I should know because she treated my Grandfather for FREE!!!

Being a patient at New Age Recovery for 1 year now, I realized that all the memebrs of this clinc trully care about the well being of their patients. They offer excellent rehabilitation services that include massage thearpy, accupunture and physio-therapy etc. If it wasent for this clinic I would not have been able to make almost a full recovery. This clinic never makes you sign any legally binding papers, until a full assessment is completed by all the necessary and appropriate professionals. Being in a terrible automobile accident, i realized that Tina the manger of the clinc collabrates with all the necessary professionals and staff to devise the best possible rehabilitation service. Without a doubt this is one of the best clinics to help patients make a full recovery both physically and mentally. I strongly reccommend this clinic to patients and if you read any other posts stating anything different, drop by the clinic and see it for yourself.....trust me one of the best.
