You couldn't pay me enough to go back there.
I can't say enough good things about Moore Muscle Therapy. The lack of the 5th star is due to it not being located in my home town! I spent 3-4 hours there when I do go and the drive really adds on to that time.
Awesome group of people dedicated to REALLY helping you get well, not just mask symptoms!
Terry Moore is a genius! He knows exactly which stretch you need to do to alleviate/eliminate a particular pain(s) you may be experiencing! I firmly believe that to "cure" FMS stretching is the key. The hard part is to follow through with terry's plan for you and keep up with your stretching routine and to get a tune up on the electromyotherapy machine every now and then. Lately I went due to what seemed to be a severe sinus pain problem. My voice was going too with throat pain, occipital pain, temple, eye, jaw, shoulder blade pain-and when I bent over my head felt like it would explode. pain scale from 1-10, I averaged 3-5! Sinus drugs made it worse!
I went to see Terry for an assessment and the pain was a 3 that day. I left there with a .5 out of 10. That was only 1 treatment. Can't wait for my next treatment. They are committed to having you leave with a zero pain level. If you have and injury, obviously it won't be gone on a first attempt. You have to also work for it. I have been going on and off since 2002 for my FMS and I only go whan I have been LAZY for too long and my symptoms creep up again. Shame on me!
I highly recommend Terry and his very qualified technicians. There are phsiotherapists, massage experts and kinesiologists on staff. Wonderful establishment!
