So accommodating from the first phone call. Staff is friendly and super helpful and my dog got the best grooming she has ever had. She looked so good. I have several friends who bring their dogs here so it was already highly recommended and it exceeded my expectations.
Update: the manager called me and harassed me to take down my review, still not offering any resolution for the infection from grooming.
STAY AWAY FROM PUPCULTURE GROOMING!!! Unfortunately, I’ve had a horrible experience with PupCulture. I have never left any review for a business, positive or negative, but unfortunately, I have to warn others due to the maltreatment of my dog. After grooming, my dog has gotten two bacterial and fungal infections on separate occasions with different groomers. This has been thousands of dollars in vet bills, and it seems to be a repetitive issue. This business has been completely unprofessional in the way they’ve chosen to handle this. I have been waiting for a manager to call me back for four days. I have yet to receive a phone call back to address the situation. Apparently, the list of complaints for this business is so long that they are “still working through the list” to get to my complaint. The infection is so bad that my dog had to get various injections, topical treatments, and steroids to manage this. He spends most of the day crying and physically shakes when we go near the storefront. I cannot speak to the boarding or daycare aspects of this establishment, but judging from their long list of complaints and lack of care and sanitation, I would urge you to stay away from this business.

Pupculture always does such a great job with Dante’s grooming. Best grooming place in Dumbo and surroundings
We have been loyal pupculture customers for almost 7 years now. The staff is always amazing but wanted to shout out Josel who truly goes above and beyond to care for our pup and makes us feel like our fur baby is in the best hands when we are away.
Pupculture Dumbo always does such a great job on my dog and they treat her so well she almost doesn’t want to come home. Super convenient and very good work!
