Movement Driven Performance Physiotherapy bridges the gap between rehab and performance. We provide rehab to acutely injured athletes and progressing to progress them back to sport as well as those just looking to enhance and optimize performance under the guidance of a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We believe in building a strong foundation of quality movement patterns, neuromuscular motor control, joint mobility, strength, balance, and coordination. We do this by building programs that are specifically designed and tailored for the needs each client's sport or activity. Our clinicians work with youth athletes and active adults throughout Northeast Florida to keep moving and perform the activity and sport that they love.
