DENNIS CAME AND FIXED OUR KITCHEN AID RANGE. AFTER DOING SO , HE WENT ON TO TEACH US HOW TO USE THE RANGE AND OPTIONS. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. SUPER SERVICE. EVEN TIPS ON CLEANING....WENT BEYOND.

I had a repair done on my dryer today by Dennis and Reed from R F Appliance, they were fast, friendly and did the job right.
Would definitely call them again

I have used RF Appliance at least four times over the past 15 years and have always been pleased with the courteous office staff, prompt service, and fair pricing. My 17 year old Amana refrigerator lost its cool just in time for me to begin preparing for my annual Christmas party. Dennis and Drake came to the rescue and provided excellent repair service. IAM SO IMPRESSED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY DENNIS PETERS/...HE IS ASERVICE TECHNICIAN....with your company. fast, friendly and courteous and very respectful.................perhaps more people should take these reviews , i find in most service industries the technicians lack manners. im givind DENNIS A 10 OUT OF10 ... This company has very fair pricing .....service was prompt...Scott was our service technician and he was great.....described how the leaking happened and how it would be fixed....went to work ......and now....no more leaking fridge!....also kudos to the front office personnel...friendly and patient with a "chatty senior" and her trials and tribulations re her fridge....give them a call..
