DO NOT purchase from this company. They have the worst customer services and worst appliances. As you see on all their google reviews, we are experiencing the same thing as other victims - nonresponsive customer services, broken appliances, outsource multiple people to repair that we took over 10 days off from work, worst delivery services that was verbally abusing us. We were given faulty appliances and after months of repair and still no solution. There is a reason why they have bad reviews on google and their google review rating is so low. This company was recommended by our contractor and we were too naive & too trusting that we thought our contractor would recommend a good company. It was our fault that we did not do our research. If we saw all those stuff other people are going through. we would never use them. Go to a reputable store for your appliances. Do not use this company to save yourself money and headache. Michael at this company was very responsive to your email and phone calls when you are purchasing your appliances. But he will never respond to you after they take your money. Find yourself a trusted company. Always do your research. I hope no one would fall for this again.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only are they lacking expertise, but they are beyond rude, especially top management!
I just had a similar experience with Midnorthern Appliances. Our Property manager sent them a request for a new fridge on Tuesday, July 10th, 2012. Then, on Thursday, July 12, one the Midnorthern Appl. managers called me to tell me that the fridge was to be delivered at 9 AM on Friday, and that I was to be contacted between 7 and 8 AM; but no one called. So, I called them at 8:45 AM to inquire, and I was informed that the fridge was to be delivered instead between 2 and 5 PM. I was obviously angry when speaking with the above mentioned manager, for I and my 8 year old nephew have been without a fridge for the past three days. Then, the Midnorthen Appl. General Manager called me to tell me that he had only received the order on Thursday, which stands contrary to the date and time of the fax sent by my Property Manager, i.e., Tuesday, July 10th, at 11:10 AM. Eventually, Midnorthern Appl. General Manager told me that, “I’m not going to receive any lessons from any teacher and I’m cancelling the order; let your Property Manager deal with someone else.”

I have been dealing with this company for the past few days and find that they have a very low level of customer service. In e-mail exchanges, they are very unprofessional and rude. When I asked a simple question, they ignore it and just resend a past e-mail...this time in CAPS! I was really upset dealing with them...don't waste your time, just call another service company
