I went to buy hot sauces for fathers day and Steve was the absolute best. It seemed like he had a infinite knowledge of sauces, their flavours and heat. He really took his time to educate me and answer all my questions. This place is fantastic! Great selection of stuff. The folks who work here are amazing, kind and super helpful.

Love the awesome selection of flavorful products with awesome names and package designs. The only downside of the store is that many products are a bit on the price side (close to $20 for some bottles of sauce), but it hasn't stopped me from buying more.

So much to choose from! Got 2 new hot sauces to try over the weekend - all thanks to the employee. He walked us through suggestions, gave us tasters, and was very informative on the flavours of different spice combinations.

Excellent service! I had to sign a waiver to buy my favourite sauce but that was not a deterrent. I tasted a new sauce that had me hooked!

Came across this store in Bayshore mall, which was a pleasant surprise for someone who is as into hot sauces as I am. There was a great selection of items, but the thing that really stood out was the customer service. Don was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, allowing us to try samples while explaining the flavour and heat profiles of various hot sauces and salsas. We left with a jerk sauce, a hot sauce, a jar of salsa, and some snacks, and I will definitely be back to try more. I always say that customer service isn't what it once was, but Don is someone with a true passion for the products and is helping keep customer service alive!

My wife and I visited after a long hiatus away from hot sauces. We figured it was time to come back because we'd always had a good experience at Chilly Chiles.

Don helped us pick out 4 hot sauces ranging in heat after offering us samples and explaining the ingredients like a pro! He really knows his stuff and I recommend anyone interested in spicy stuff, to talk to him.
