Founded in March 2023 by husband-and-wife team Sahil and Katie Talwar, our practice was built on the shared belief that recovery and healing are possible with the right support. Together, we combine clinical expertise with a genuine commitment to helping our patients regain stability, improve their mental health, and build fulfilling lives.
Our outpatient services address a wide range of concerns, including addiction treatment, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, schizophrenia, and eating disorders.
