My Boyfriend and I bought our very first camper from Western RV in Leduc in September 2013 (it was a brand new 2014 model) and have had nothing but problems since.
Our camper had a dint in the outside which we were not told about until the service department called to say our replacement part was in, we booked our appointment in October 2013 and was told we wouldn't be able to get it in till March 2014 because they were that busy??? SERIOUSLY???
Following that warranty work, everything this service department trys to "fix" on our camper breaks worse, they even damaged the outside of our new camper and didn't tell us about it till we picked it up... most recently we had them look at our water filter & pump, because we weren't getting any pressure out of our taps, we just took our camper out since they "fixed" it were able to camp for one day, before our ENTIRE CAMPER FLOODED - something burst under the sink where our pump is. we were quick to pack up and bring it right to Western RV where i lost my mind on our sales guy. We haven't even owned our camper for a year and its been in the shop 8 times already (we've taken it out 6 times cmaping and had to return it to the dealership after every use for shit that breaks on it). Its to the point where i want either my money back, or them to replace my camper.
I'm also thinking about contacting the BBB, global trouble shooters and any other type of media to advise people to stay away from this place. Management sucks and you get better service from the sales guys and ladies that answer the phones, management doesn't seem to give a Shit about their customers, or the fact that their service departments cause more headaches then anything for anyone.
If you are thinking of buying an RV from this place, my suggestion is to look elsewhere - save yourself, time, money, frustration etc.. do not buy from this RV dealership.
