We feel so fortunate that Cool It RV had the part that we needed for our RV fridge! It's an older model, and the part that we needed had been discontinued. We took our motorhome there to get the fridge fixed and spent $2500 and the fridge STILL doesnt work. They also screwed with my lights in the back of the motorhome. When my wife and I came to get it the older man started yelling and got physical with me. The younger guy was drunk while working on my motorhome. Part of the work was not finished so we still had to come back again. We told them where to leave the key and they left it in the ignition. They left ALL the lights on and windows open. During this time it was pouring rain.
