For over a century, our practice has served as a pillar in Richmond, beginning in 1913 when Dr. Metz Sr. brought his optometry practice to Virginia. Dr. Metz Jr. continued this tradition by establishing our first office in Richmond in 1930. In 1957, a new office was opened, solidifying our commitment to exceptional care. In 1992, Dr. LeRoux joined forces with Dr. Metz, founding Family Vision Care of Richmond in 1997. Since then, esteemed professionals like Dr. Poling, Dr. Michaels, Dr. Matsko, and Dr. Dham have joined our team, each dedicated to our patients' well-being.
