bought an rv at lacombe rv, they had it for 10 days, still have not done the P.D.I. on it yet, i told them to get started right away because i need it when i come back from work, so i call them today and they gave me the bad news, they will not do it tomorrow because they have an rv show and monday it's familly day in alberta so i'm pretty much f$&ked! if anybody can tell me if there is a way for me to walk away from that contract it would be greatly apreciated. wish i saw those reviews before buying there :(

Bought a fifth wheel trailer from Lacombe RV back in 2012 and was told by Salesman I could pull a second trailer with it, they even installed the Hitch! I was later told by the dealership they could not stand behind the trailer being used for towing and they refunded me my money for the hitch. The frame manufacturer also does not stand behind it. Trying to get my money back for the trailer. BE CAREFUL of THIS DEALERSHIPS SALES PRACTICES!

My husband and I bought a new XLR fifth wheel camper from Lacombe Rv in April of 2011. Since then it's been a nightmare trying to deal with them and get warranty work done. The service department, well not much better either. Not much for qualified machanics. Their excuses were going through management changes and not being able to get workers. Not our problem we paid a lot of money for our unit and we expected to be able to get the service and help we needed. Business shouldn't be in business if they can't give the customer the services they advertise. Early this summer we took our trailer there to get a couple of our slides fixed. It was there for six weeks. We lift for holidays and to pick the trailer up on our way. When we got there the trailer was just put in the garage that morning and we were also informed it add been broken into and our stero equipment had
Been stolen.
Has anyone would be we were upset that we didn't even get a phone call telling us what had happened. We then had to wait 3 more extra days into our holidays to wait for the work to be done. Has of today our stero system is still not fixed. Just a note to customers, do your home work before you buy your RV. We don't recommend this place. E and R Fort MCMurray Alberta.
