Dryshield Waterproofing Toronto

I DON'T RECOMMEND these people, at least not if you want a serious headache. I called them to fix a center concrete wall for crack in attached house, so they went to made 8 holes more in the wall, injected a wrong product, the product leaks every where out of the crack and the crack still open in some spots. See pictures attached talking themself.
I called them again several times and sent emails for the complaint and they don't give solution, and blame me because I didn't tell what product and procedure use to fix the crack and also avoided to resolve their mistake. Neither return my money. Now, I have to pay somebody else to fix it again after come the wrong product out of the crack. To avoid call this company is the best decision. There is not office in this address post online and has different name on the receipt.

When I contacted Dryshield about the crack in the foundation wall of my basement they were able to quickly schedule it to be fixed. The employee that came, Justin, was knowledgeable, a quick worker and a pleasure to chat with. Definitely recommend them for their professionalism and quality of work.

Dry Shield did a great job of sealing up the basement wall crack we had, both inside and outside. The technician Justin came and was polite and did all that was required to seal it up and finish off the job so that its is perfectly acceptable for the new owner. The quote was for the job was excellent and the 25 year Warranty sealed the deal, which is also transferable to the new owner. Their service was prompt too, as they came on the next business day! Jordan from Dryshield was very good. He came in on time, checked the leak and gave different options and advices. His team was also amazing, and have the project scheduled in a week. On the day they came, they again showed up on time and finished the work timely with good quality. All in all, we are satisfied with the work, and would recommend them to whoever has the needs.

Jake and Tyler came by from Dryshield to inject foundation cracks after previous contractor used hydraulic cement which failed within 2 months. They were on time and professional. They did a thorough inspection and made sure I was satisfied with their work. Highly recommend!
