Rose City Terrace Apartments

After I moved in other Tenants Warned me about how nasty the Superintendent is. Well they are right, and now those tenants are now gone. If you make a complaint he will say this is unexceptable about others blairing tv.radio,etc. He should do his job so tenants won't have to complain every week. And he will start yelling at you if you do and then harassment and bullying starts with him. People hear him yelling at his workers all the time. If they ask for water he yells at them.
Just thought others should know.
