Stay away from Percel!!!
Percel provides bullying, unprofessional service ( they think only about getting embezzling ) and sloppy job.
They hire their friends who can not provide qualified service,
will start doing unnecessary renovations which gives business to their constriction friends, who in their turn is incompetent too.... And maintenance fee will hike up!
Neither CEO nor Property Manager answer questions ( including e-mails, phone calls...) or will yield at you if you ask something uncomfortable at AGM.
They bring a long tale of misfortune to those who hires them.

Poor communication
Recently, we seem to be getting very slow or often even no response from Percel, either from our assigned property manager, or from the new VP, or from the owner, Mr. Weinberg.

Percel Inc. Property Mismanagement at it's best.
It;s funny how a company like Percel Inc. can claim to be around since 1976 and yet in the 40 years of their operations have only managed to evolve into a property management company that specialises in poor customer service, zero response in emergencies, property managers that have been well trained in deceit and lies towards their clients.!

After all lets not forget that anybody can be a property manager and only recently their have been initiatives to regulate these THUGS!

Terrible performance
Terrible customer service. The guy they assigned to us doesn't seem to have any idea what it means to be a competent property manager. He does very little to nothing for our corporation and seldom responds to calls or emails. He never does anything without having to be constantly reminded like a child. Totally unprofessional and shows very little regard for us PAYING customers. Not even the CEO returns a call or email. That's not how professional people operate. Worst management company we've ever had. And just by the way he responded to that person earlier shows you the kind of unbecoming behaviour they exhibit.

typical thieves of a company
No customer care. Poor service. I do not know any other residents in the neighbourhood that are satisfied with this company. Thieves like this do not give two cents about these reviews though, right?

Since you are writing anonymously on a little known website, I won't give you the honour of dignifying your comment except to say, YOU ARE A COWARD!

Our ethics are at the highest levels and we have stolen nothing, not even a penny, from any client.

Only those who break the rules, breach the Condominium Act and make their neighbours subsidize their CEF payments could ever make such a STUPID comment.
