Changes are significant. Building is cleaner,
communication with residents is amazing.
Management very often goes above and beyond to accommodate residents.

I just want to clear on the management of Andrejās.
I have read reviews here and disagree with the negatives said about Andrejās Management.
I am an owner in one of the buildings that managed by Andrejās.
They took over the management from First Service Residential and have been doing an excellent job.
They are attentive to issues in three buildings and go their upmost to benefit am residents.
They meet with residents and deal with complaints, hire professional trades after bidding done, carry out their responsibilities well, do extra work at no additional costs and keep the Board well informed on matters that need resolution.
The staff is very friendly and approachable and listen to complaints and resolve them.
They bring trades that are experienced and cost effective, so the savings benefit all owners.
I happened to speak to one of the Executives Mr Artur Haxhiu on administrative governance.
Mr Haxhiu told me, that the only way to manage a Condominium is to deliver top services with no compromise.
On a scale of 1 to ten, I have no complain but to rank Andrejās as a 10.

Our building switched to Andrejs from another management company last year. Our former company was AWFUL, and the difference between the former company and Andrejs is night and day!
The staff (our manager and the admin) are all incredibly attentive and professional, and I feel like we get a lot more communication from them than we did with the old company.
I've noticed some really positive changes in the building, including cleaning improvements and improvements in security. Andrejs has been excellent so far! I highly recommend them.

Andrejs management claim I didnāt cut my lawn and billed me because they claimed they had to cut it and now threaten me with legal fees because I refuse to pay them. They claim they cut my lawn in June, it took them till Nov 25 to get back to me after I sent emails and called. The company gmcc who maintains the common grounds are in the scam, they are extortionist. Iāve filed a formal complaint with the CMRAO to investigate them. Ironically, my attached neighbour was also charged last year. It appears they have a habit of charging home owners for work not completed and make threats if money not paid.

I am giving them one star since you can't leave it blank. This management company is the worst! For record I have lived in 3 different buildings and have never had such a horrible experience as I had with Anderjs, this is my first time posting in 15 years of living with a management company. We recently had the management company throw out one of our items, when we asked to see the tapes of the CC camera in the building they claimed they don't know how, when I said I'll call the police since they know how they said they agreed someone from the management company an employee threw out the item, when I called the corp headquarters to speak to someone the manager was always out of the office, until I said "I was on the line and I just got disconnected the secretary (a real genius I may add) said "hold on I am sorry about that, I'll patch you through now". They are liars, and common criminals and shouldn't be trusted to watch and protect your property and the safety of your family.

I disagree with the comments, this is a great management company that goes above and beyond their call of duty. Managers know what they're doing and constantly looks at way to reduce expenses. Proactive too

This is the WORST company I have ever had to deal with from a business point of view. I have contacted employees right on up the ladder to the vice president and NEVER have any calls retuned to me. Why? because they money. It is late with every single payment and the property manager lies continuously.
