It takes a full 2 years to prepare our beef for butchering, and during the winter season, we ensure our cattle receive high-quality feed, hay, minerals, and salt to maintain their health and well-being. We take great care to ensure our animals live a happy and natural life, and we never pen them up. Our cattle are free to graze on the grass until the day they are ready for butcher.
