As a tenant of this company, I can fairly state that if you want a competent management company to deal with your home (rental unit), do not rent from them. As long as your rent cheque comes in every month, they fail to deal with concerns in a timely manner. Their response to complaints is disgusting and inadequate. I have rented from many competent management companies in the past and have had some great experiences. This is not one of them. Save yourself the stress of living in subpar conditions and rent from someone else.
