Ultimate Property Management

Our complex has used this firm for 5 years. It has been a good relationship. Needed repairs have been completed as soon as the Board requested and within all budgets . Financials out on time every month and good control of all bank accounts. All other Board requests have been handled quickly and efficiently. Our only concern has been with a Board member who couldn't stand being told how the Condo act works and didn't like being put in place. The same Board member was the reason our previous management company would not renew their contract.

They do reasonable work in our condo complex, but the owner of the property management forgets that she works for the condo Corporation and DOES NOT run it. She is dictatorial, is very rude, and extremely difficult to deal with. Avoid any place that contracts to this property management company or you are in for a living hell.
